There are several limitations to the personalisation options for Hegen By Me:

Only up to 9 characters (For English) and 4 characters (For Chinese) are allowed (including spacing) due to space limitations.

No emojis and symbols allowed. Any of such special characters will be automatically excluded from the final design as long as our machine is not able to detect them.

Only full English / Chinese personalisations are allowed - you may not choose to have both English and Chinese characters at the same time. Only 1 Design Font can be chosen per design and our fonts will not be able to accommodate both English and Chinese Characters at the same time.

Font options are limited to 3 Design Fonts for English Characters and 2 Design Fonts for Chinese Characters. If English Design Fonts are selected for Chinese Characters, our machines will choose a default font for printing. In the event that certain Chinese characters used are undetectable under the chosen font, the machines will also automatically select a default Chinese Design Font. For e.g. some Chinese characters that cannot be detected using 书法型 and, in this case, have no 喆 [zhe]), 时尚型 will be chosen as the default font for all characters.
