Yes, you can! If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, select ‘Self-collect at Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC)’ upon check-out. You can collect it after 2 working days upon receiving the email that your order is Ready for Collection from us.
Do note that for self-collection, the Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC) operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, excluding Public Holidays. Do avoid lunch hours between 12noon to 2pm.
Please bring along a copy of the email or flash us the email over your phone to verify your order purchase when heading down to the HEC for collection.
