Yes you can! If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, upon check-out, select ‘Self-collect at Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC)’.
You will be able to collect your order the next working day for all regular items. For Hegen By Me orders, you will be able to collect it after 5-7 working days.
Do note that for self-collection, the Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC) operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays. Do try to avoid lunch hour between 12noon to 2pm.
Please bring along a copy of the email or flash us the email over your phone to verify your order purchase when heading down to the HEC for collection.
