No problem at all! You will be able to amend your rental start date anytime up to 7 days before your original rental start date. A unique link that enables you to reschedule your rental booking directly will be sent to you via email once your rental booking has been confirmed. You can also reach out to us at cs@hegen.com to let us know that you need to change your rental start date. You can change your start date at no additional cost, but the earliest you can amend your rental start date to is at least 7 days from now.
