I booked the Hegen Rental service but would like to make amendments to my plan. How can I do so?

We can accommodate certain amendments to your Hegen Rental order, such as: 

  • Changing of the Rental Period Start Date (only applicable 7 days before the start of your rental order – i.e. before it has been processed for collection or shipment) 
  • Changing of your flange size for the Rent-A-Pump Breast Pump Accessories Kit (only applicable 7 days before the start of your rental order – i.e. before it has been processed for collection or shipment) 
  • Exchanging for new Rental Device in the case that there are any technical issues during your Rental Period 

You can also extend your rental order or purchase your own personal brand-new pump device at anytime – instructions on how to do so will be emailed to you 15 days into your rental period. You can also reach out to our Customer Service Team at cs@hegen.com if you need any help with extensions or conversions.

However, if any other type of order amendment is required, your Rental Order will have to be cancelled and you will have to re-order from www.hegen.com based on your new requirements. For all cancellations, refunds will only be provided in the form of e-store credits and these will be added to your account within 1-3 working days from the point of your cancellation approval. These credits will be non-transferrable and will have an expiry of 1 year.
