You can decide, at any time during your rental period, to keep your pump for an additional period. Instructions on how to purchase your rental extensions will be emailed to you 15 days into your rental period. You can also reach out to our Customer Experience Team at cs@hegen.com at any time to request for a rental extension.
Rental extensions will be charged at a slightly cheaper rate as our standard rental packages (without the cost of the accessories set) as follows:
