Our Customer Service Team will be reaching out to you to confirm your return arrangements within 7 days before the end of your rental period. If you do not hear from us during this time, please reach out to cs@hegen.com to confirm.
Once your courier pick-up date and time has been confirmed, do ensure that someone is at home to hand over the device to our logistics partner within 2 working days after the end of your rental period to ensure that we can pick up your device in a timely manner.
Additional administrative fees may be incurred in the case of no-shows for either return method selected.
Please note that for local Singapore addresses, we cannot pick-up from Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports, or from post office boxes. Extra charges also apply to Sentosa Island addresses. Pick-up will be arranged during office hours (0900 to 1800 hours). Kindly ensure that there is a sender to deliver your device to our logistics partner during the stipulated hours. You will incur an additional delivery charge if there is a failed delivery attempt.
