I am unable to login to my Hegen e-store account. What should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. It may be due to wrong email address or password entered.

If you have forgotten the password used, select “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page and after entering your email, a notification will show “We’ve sent you an email with a link to update your password.”

An email with subject title “Customer account password reset” should be sent to your inbox. Select the “Reset your password” button. Enter a new password and enter the button to successfully reset.

Do check in your spam or junk folder just in case the email does not appear in your inbox.
