How can I reset my password on the Hegen e-store?

To reset your password, kindly log out of your account and select “Forget Your Password?” at the login page.

1. Click on the account button  on the home page (website) on the top right of the page.
2. Select “Log out”
3. Select “Forgot your password?” on the login page to reset your password.
4. After entering your email, a notification will show “We’ve sent you an email with a link to update your password.”
5. Please check your inbox for a “Customer account password reset” email and select the “Reset your password” button.

Enter a new password and enter the button to successfully reset.
