I did not receive any email confirmation for the Hegen e-store account creation.

If you have not received an email confirmation for your account:

  1. Do give the system another 10-15minutes to send the email.
  2. Ensure that you are in an area with strong internet reception.
  3. Turn airplane mode off and on again.
  4. Turn your phone off and on again.
