How do I redeem a gift card on the Hegen e-store?

Redeeming a Hegen gift card is easy and can be done during the checkout process on our website. To redeem your gift card, follow these simple steps:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. On the checkout page, enter your shipping information and choose your preferred shipping method.
3. In the "Payment Information" section, enter your Gift Card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field and click “Apply”.
4. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total, and you can proceed with the checkout process as usual.

Please note that gift cards are considered cash value and can be used with prevailing discount codes. If the total amount of your purchase is less than the gift card’s value, the remaining balance will be available for future use.
