I am running late. How will this affect my HLC appointment?

Things happen, we understand! Hence, we have a 15-minute grace period for every class and consultation. Thereafter, a charge of S$20.00/- will be levied. This is to ensure our lactation specialists are properly remunerated for their time. If you are unable to arrive on time, you also may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep to the allotted slot.
