Yes you can! If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, upon check-out, select ‘Self-collect at Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC)’. You will be able to collect it after 2 working days.
Do note that for self-collection, the Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC) operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Please bring along a copy of the email or flash us the email over your phone to verify your order purchase when heading down to the HEC for collection.
