Yes, you can! If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, select ‘Self-collect at Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC)’ upon check-out. You can collect it after 2 working days upon receiving the email that your order is Ready for Collection from us.
Do note that for self-collection, the Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC) operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10 am to 5 pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Please bring along a copy of the email or flash us the email over your phone to verify your order purchase when heading down to the HEC for collection.
