If you have opted for self-drop-off, do make sure that your appointment to return the device at our Hegen Experiential Centre is set within 2 working days after the end of your rental period to avoid incurring any potential late fees.
If you have opted for courier pick-up, do ensure that someone is at home to handover the device to our logistics partner within 2 working days after the end of your rental period to ensure that we can pick-up your device in a timely manner.
Additional administrative fees may be incurred in the case of no-shows for either return methods selected.
Please note that for local Singapore addresses, we are unable to pick-up from Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, and Fishery Ports, as well as from post office boxes. Extra charges also apply for Sentosa Island addresses. Pick-up will be arranged during office hours (0900 to 1800 hours). Kindly ensure that there is a sender to deliver your device to our logistics partner during the stipulated hours. You will incur an additional delivery charge if there is a failed delivery attempt.
